We had such fun celebrating our first 50 days of learning and fun together last week! From estimating and measuring with atomic fire balls to bubble blowing contests is was a day to remember!
We enjoyed our guest speaker sharing some special mementos from the 50s!
Pam Holz, our Washington County conservationist, has long been a favorite in the first grade classrooms at WE! We are always excited to share her enthusiasm and passion for the great outdoors. So far this year, she has been in to extend our science learning about plants! She does an awesome job of getting our young learners moving during their learning!
On Thursday, October 27th, students were able to explore the old one room school house at the top of the hill. This was a fun way to continue to explore the similarities and differences between school today and long ago! Thanks to Mr. A for setting up this learning adventure!
